In cooperation with you, we lay down the key indicators relevant for you and describe and document the calculation of them.


Data analysis and structuring

We check and analyse the internal and external data for its suitability to calculate the defined KPIs. Afterwards, we determine interfaces and data structures for merging the various sources of data together with you where applicable.


BI dashboards

On the basis of defined KPIs, we create customised dashboards in PowerBI. In the process, we take over all necessary work steps for you. Conceptual design, prototyping, development of the data models, implementation and design of the dashboards – we provide you with everything from one source.
